The menu in Fiddleheads Dining Room is “creative country cuisine”
with salmon and seafood specialties. Ask for Pond’s speciality smoked
salmon chowder and grilled salmon is Whiskey Maple sauce. Whether we are
serving a meeting group, a visiting couple or a riverside wedding, the
food is a highlight of your time with us. Every table in our licensed,
50 seat dining room and deck area enjoys a view of the Home Pool.
In the early 1900’s, matriarch Estelle Pond studied culinary arts in
Boston and many of her recipes are used today in Fiddleheads Dining Room
including the one for gingerbread, for homemade French-style and celery
seed salad dressing and chocolate cake with boiled icing. Ask for them!
Creative and hearty country cuisine is our culinary promise and we
have a reputation of satisfying our guests. The dining room menu is
known for its creative adaptations of the traditional salmon and
fiddleheads dinner—and fresh whole clams. Fiddleheads are picked
locally, by the way! Fresh seafood, steaks and homemade desserts round
out the menu.
Our hearty Angler’s Breakfast is prepared fresh each morning. Ask about a Shore Lunch to complete an adventure filled day.

Angler's Pub & Deck is located on the property overlooking the river and is available for private functions.
