Your hiking boots and mountain bikes! There are 100 kilometres of trails, wilderness trails and woods roads that begin from the doorstep of your cabin.
Four hour canoe trip. Add a Shore Lunch for everyone in your group, complete with homemade cookies, for $8 per person.
Visit to the Atlantic Salmon Museum just 20 minutes’ drive away. Gift Shop onsite. Or to the Central New Brunswick Woodsmen’s Museum and Gift Shop, a five minute drive from the lodge.
Day trip to the City of Miramichi including a cruise on Miramichi River Boat Tours, and an exploration of the local history at various historic sites of Miramichi Landings.
One of the oldest, traditional General Stores in New Brunswick is open for business seven days a week in Boistown, just minutes from Ponds.
Old Mill Golf Course is 20 minutes from Ponds Resort and we will be happy to arrange your tee-times: 18 holes - $30; 9 holes - $20 and carts available.
McNamee/Priceville Footbridge is the longest (200 m) suspension footbridge in New Brunswick. It spans the Southwest Miramichi River at the neighbouring community of McNamee.
It takes a drive and a walk through the woods to get there, but Fall Brook Falls...is spectacular. We will give you directions.
